What is the condition of the item ?
All of our items are brand new.
Is there a minimum order ?
No, you can order as little or as much as you like.
What is your postage charges ?
UK postage is only £2.00 per order. Europe and Worldwide is calculated by weight.
When will my order be sent ?
All orders are usually dispatched within 2 days of receiving cleared payment. Orders can take slightly longer around weekends and holidays.
Do you accept returns ?
Yes. If you are not happy with your item, you can return it for a refund. Items must be returned within 14 days and in the original condition and packaging. The Buyer is responable for the return postage. No postage costs will be refunded. Please contact me first, before sending any items back for a refund.
How do I pay for my order ?
The payment methods we accept are Paypal, Postal Orders, Cheques and Online Bank Tranfers.
