Order and Payment
There is no minimum order.
The price you see is the price you pay. There is no VAT added to the total of your order.
Once you have completed your order and finished the checkout process, You will receive a confirmation email.
This email will detail all items you have ordered and your information.
If you have not received an email within 12 hours please contact us.
The payment methods we accept are Paypal.
If you are having trouble placing an order, Please contact us so we can give you some assistance.
Postage and Packaging
All orders are usually dispatched within 2 days of receiving cleared payment.
Orders can take slightly longer around weekends and holidays.
Please remember that Paypal Echeques can take upto 15 days to clear.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail.
These are usually delivered within a few days of being sent.
Altough Royal Mail can be slow at times.
Orders of a higher value, could be sent via Recorded Delivery.
Royal Mail also have a 15 working day delivery policy. If the item is not received within that time or returned to me, a lost claim can then be made.
No refunds, replacements or claims can be processed until the 15 working days have past.
All Europe and Worldwide orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail.
International orders can take upto 20 days to arrive, depending on the country.
No refunds/replacements will be sent if the customer provides an incorrect/incomplete address.
If you are not happy with your item, you can return it for a refund.
Item must be returned within 14 days and in the original condition and packaging.
The Buyer is responable for the return postage.
No postage costs will be refunded.
Please contact me first, before sending any items back for a refund.
